The terms governing use of this website, communications with RUNOTECH and participation in PMI Academy programmes.

These terms cover the public website, contact and expression-of-interest forms, and the general presentation of training services. A specific proposal, contract or enrolment confirmation may include additional terms, which prevail for that transaction.
Website content is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, investment or other binding professional advice and does not replace an assessment of an organisation's particular needs.
Descriptions of services, programmes, deliverables and timelines remain indicative until documented in a written proposal or contract.
RUNOTECH text, design, graphics, training materials and distinctive marks are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
PMI, certification names and related marks belong to Project Management Institute, Inc. Their reference does not transfer any rights to the user.
Submitting a form or email is an expression of interest, not a final seat reservation. Enrolment is complete only after written confirmation by RUNOTECH and fulfilment of the relevant proposal terms.
Prices, taxes, payment method, cancellation or transfer policy, included materials and any discounts are specified in the applicable commercial proposal or enrolment confirmation.
The PMI Academy Pass provides 24-month access to every cohort of the Pass's eligible courses that is published and delivered during the Pass's active period. The start date, eligible courses and any special benefits are specified in the commercial proposal or enrolment confirmation.
Access to every cohort creates scheduling flexibility, allows eligible cohorts to be revisited for reinforcement, and provides room to build a multi-certification journey at the participant's own pace.
Dates, times, instructors and delivery format may be adjusted for organisational or operational reasons. RUNOTECH informs enrolled participants of material changes and proposes available alternatives where required.
Each cohort may be subject to a minimum number of participants, technical availability or other conditions stated in the enrolment confirmation.
Completing a preparation programme does not constitute certification and does not guarantee exam success. Applications, eligibility, scheduling and final certification decisions are governed by the relevant certification body's rules.
Exam fees, membership fees or other third-party charges are included only when explicitly stated in the written proposal.
The website may link to third-party websites or services, including PMI and European projects. Links are provided for convenience; RUNOTECH does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability or terms.
Information submitted by form or email is used to assess and respond to your request, manage a potential enrolment and support necessary professional communications, in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
When you expressly choose to subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is kept in a manually maintained list on the basis of your consent and used for RUNOTECH updates. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying to a relevant message or emailing hello@runotech.gr, after which your address is removed from the mailing list.
Please do not submit sensitive or unnecessary personal data through the contact form.
The website records aggregate page-view totals by page and day solely to measure usage and improve content.
This basic measurement does not use cookies, create visitor profiles, or store IP addresses, user identifiers or individual browsing histories.
RUNOTECH takes reasonable steps to maintain website accuracy and availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for indirect losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website.
